We always aim to provide quality services to our customers. If you received damaged goods caused by quality issue, we offer a refund or exchange of certain goods within 3 days upon delivery.
All goods can only be exchanged once.
Please keep the packaging complete. If it isn’t quality issue, we will not exchange products with opened packaging.
If you have received faulty number of products as you’ve ordered, please call our customer service hotline 5205 9176 within 3 days after you received the goods. We will arrange exchange and resend the products to you after finding out the reason.
We promise to complete all the cash refund procedures within 2 weeks after application. If the refund application involves credit card center or banks, the refund process will take one to two months.
If no refund and exchange application after 3 days of delivery, the transaction will be regarded as completed. We will no longer accept any refund or exchange application and we will not take any legal responsible for it.

Any returned item can only be exchanged for items of the same or higher value and Customer is liable to pay the difference for a higher valued item. No credit will be given for exchange of items of lower value.
